The Enterprise Modes Marketplace

A governed platform for enterprise AI workflow contracts. Built for the organizations, domain experts, and technology partners who define how enterprise work actually gets done.

46 governed workflow domains identified

5 publisher tiers — from enterprise-private to open community

9-stage quality and security review

The building block

A Mode is not a prompt. It is a governed enterprise job-to-be-done contract.

A Mode defines which systems an agent may access, under whose authority, what constitutes sufficient context, how output may be synthesized, what actions are permitted, and what evidence must be produced. Every governed interaction leaves a verifiable, content-free cryptographic receipt.

01

Scoped source access

The Mode declares exactly which systems it may query — and nothing else is touched.

02

Defined synthesis policy

Rules, template rendering, or bounded model reasoning are declared in the contract, not left to the agent.

03

Sufficiency threshold

The job defines what enough context means. Agents do not act on incomplete packages.

04

Data sensitivity ceiling

The highest classification of data the Mode may touch is enforced, not assumed.

05

Action ceiling

From read-only briefing to confirm-before-act, autonomy is bounded by the contract.

06

Verifiable evidence trail

Every interaction produces a content-free, hash-chained receipt. Not a log — proof.

“A Mode is to enterprise AI what a contract is to a business relationship — it defines the terms before anything happens, and produces proof that they were honored.”

Who we’re inviting

Four types of publishers. One governed platform.

The marketplace is designed for people who understand enterprise workflows at depth — domain practitioners with real expertise in how work gets done inside complex organizations.

01

Enterprise organizations

Your center of excellence has built governed AI workflows that work. Standardize them internally, share them with trusted partners, or publish them for the broader ecosystem.

Best for · Internal AI and digital transformation teams

02

Technology partners and systems integrators

Extend your enterprise implementation expertise into a verifiable, auditable workflow contract your clients can deploy and trust.

Best for · ISVs, consulting firms, implementation partners

03

Independent domain experts

Turn deep regulatory, industry, or compliance expertise into a repeatable, governed, monetizable product — not just a service engagement.

Best for · Compliance consultants, former regulators, industry analysts

04

Developer-side practitioners

Build the connectors and governance logic that make high-stakes workflows possible across complex enterprise systems.

Best for · Enterprise AI engineers, integration specialists

The submission process

From idea to certified Mode — a governed path.

Every Mode passes through a structured quality and security review before it reaches enterprise buyers. This is what makes the marketplace trustworthy.

  1. 1

    Express interest

Tell us about the workflow you want to govern. No submission required yet.

  2. 2

    Define the contract

Specify sources, authority, synthesis policy, sufficiency threshold, and action ceiling.

  3. 3

    Schema and security review

Automated validation confirms structural and security requirements.

  4. 4

    Domain evaluation

Human reviewers assess job specificity, evidence quality, and sufficiency definition.

  5. 5

    Approved and listed

The certified Mode becomes available privately, through partners, or publicly.

The submission infrastructure is being built now. Expressing interest today puts you in the founding publisher cohort — the first 50 approved Modes receive dedicated co-marketing, priority connector access, and preferred revenue share terms.

Submission quality standards

We are not collecting prompt templates. We are certifying governance contracts.

A strong submission has a specific job, a defined boundary, a measurable sufficiency threshold, and a clear evidence trail.

1. Specific job definitionOne sentence. One outcome. Not a broad category of help.

2. Named source systems with rationaleWhich systems, which permissions, and why each is required.

3. Sufficiency definitionA precise statement of what constitutes enough context for the agent to act.

4. Synthesis policy with justificationThe selected policy and why it fits the stakes of the job.

5. Action ceiling declarationThe maximum autonomous action permitted, with rationale for each write permission.

6. Data sensitivity ceilingThe highest classification permitted and how sources above it are handled.

7. Evidence and audit trail specificationWhat the receipt covers, excludes, and proves for the relevant framework.

8. Non-sensitive examplesSynthetic examples showing the correct governed output without organizational data.

Founding cohort

The first 50 certified Modes shape the marketplace.

The first 50 approved Modes outside first-party listings will have a different relationship with the platform than those who come later.

Co-marketing

Featured placement in launch communications, case studies, and partner announcements.

Priority connector access

12 months of early access to new enterprise source connectors as they are certified.

Preferred revenue share

90/10 revenue share for paid Modes — held for the founding cohort for the first year.

Dedicated engineering support

5 hours of platform engineering support to finalize schema and testing.

“The organizations that define the governance contracts today will have the institutional knowledge advantage when enterprise AI scales tomorrow.”
